Since 1996 Janitorial Assistance Services has been emerging in many areas of the custodial maintenance business.  We cover the entire Dallas and Fort Worth Metropolitan areas with professional training, personnel and cleaning solutions that are second to none.  Many companies and individual's have come to trust Janitorial Assistance Services due to our rapid response to customer needs, great customer service, and our proactive approach to service; as well as the exceptional training that we provide to our Affiliate Network base.

After working for one of the largest janitorial companies in Dallas ,Texas for three years as Regional Operations Manager.  Mr. Franklin has trained and assisted in the development of over  400 franchise janitorial companies, and worked with hundreds of properties and property mananger's, companies, and corporations in the assignment of janitorial services to these companies.  In addition has worked in all areas of the managerial and executive areas of our industry and have helped in decisions the have helped many companies prosper in the janitorial business.

 

Mr. Franklin founded Janitorial Assistance Services in 1996 as a contracting company to help individual's excel in the janitorial business.  After many years as a successful contracting company, and having over 18 - 20 years experience in this industry;  Mr. Franklin is now turning his efforts to helping individual's become independently successful working on their own by  opening our Consulting and Training division and providing individual's  with a support company that is helping janitor's and janitorial companies towards success.

After subcontracting for some of the biggest companies in Dallas, and Ft Worth metroplex throught Woodard Janitorial Services - his company has emerged in the janitorial business for over 20 years as a leader in our industry.  Now an Executive Janitorial consultant and professional trainer, Mr. Woodard makes great contributions to learning and understanding the janitorial  business and its marketplace.  Mr. Woodard has also been like friend and family for over 16 years;  and has been affiliated in the janitorial business with Janitorial Assistance Services for 18 years.

 

He is also a recognized expert in VCT and other tile floor maintenances. In addition to his expertise in the janitorial industry.  Mr. Woodard is  a registered Real Estate agent for the state of Texas, and also maintains a professionally registered Property Surveyor's license.  Mr. Woodard has been making great contributions to our industry and new-starts in the jantorial industry for 20 years.
